Settle in beneath the dome of the Neag Planetarium at the Reading Public Museum for a gentle yoga session guided by a certified instructor. The projected night sky moves overhead while the class works through relaxed, approachable movement and breathing, making this a calm way to close out a Tuesday evening.
The planetarium's full dome projection system fills the room with stars, so the usual studio setting is traded for a quiet, darkened space and a wide view of the cosmos. It suits both regular practitioners and anyone curious about trying yoga in an unusual room.
This is Week 4 of the fall series, and each session stands on its own, so newcomers can drop in. Bring your own mat and a water bottle. Should weather force a change, the Museum posts updates on its website and social media, and missed sessions are added to the end of the series.
