Yoga Under The Stars brings a gentle practice into the Neag Planetarium at the Reading Public Museum, where the dome overhead sets a calm, starry backdrop for the session. A certified instructor leads the class at an easygoing pace built around relaxation, so it suits newer students as comfortably as regular practitioners.
This is Week 5 of the fall series, and each evening stands on its own if you would rather come once than commit to the whole run. Participants bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle. Reservations are the surest way to hold a spot, and walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
If weather forces a cancellation, the Museum posts updates on its website and social media, and any missed class is added to the end of the series.
