Settle in beneath the dome of the Neag Planetarium for an evening yoga session held under a projected night sky. A certified instructor leads the class, and the focus stays on gentle movement and relaxation, so the pace suits newcomers as comfortably as regular practitioners.
The planetarium setting is what makes this one worth the trip. Instead of a studio wall, you have stars overhead and a quiet, darkened room, which gives the hour a calm and unhurried feel as the evening winds down.
