Centro Hispano Daniel Torres publishes a list of helpline numbers for people in the Reading area who need information, and it will set up an appointment with one of its case managers to help you find and connect with service providers. The Welcome Center is at 201 Penn Street, Suite 101, Reading, PA 19601, and Information and Referral hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
