To sit down with a case manager, call 610-685-1265 and ask for an appointment at the Welcome Center headquarters, 201 Penn Street, Reading. The Welcome Center is at 201 Penn Street, Suite 101, Reading, PA 19601, and Information and Referral hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
