Knights' Closet Clothing and Basic Needs for Reading School District Students
Reading School District keeps a Knights' Closet in each of its school buildings for students in need, particularly those who are homeless or at risk. The closets hold basic items such as food, clothing, hygiene products and school supplies, with the goal that students can focus on their education.

If your child attends a district school and needs clothing, hygiene products, school supplies or basic food supplies, contact the principal, nurse, social worker or school counselor at your child's school. The district has partnered with CommunityAid, which donates clothing credit to the district toward clothing vouchers for families; those vouchers provide clothing for students.
