STD and HIV Education Talks for Groups From Co-County Wellness Services
Co-County Wellness Services has Prevention Specialists who provide information about sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV, to the community. If you are hosting a health related event, or you have a group that could benefit from this information, you can contact the agency to ask about it.
All of the agency's prevention services are free for residents of Berks and Schuylkill County, and they are available in English and Spanish.

Co-County Wellness Services is at 429 Walnut St., Reading, PA 19601, and its Schuylkill County office, Schuylkill Wellness Services, is at 512 N. Centre Street, Suite 1B, Pottsville, PA 17901. The Reading office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm and Tuesday 11am-7pm. In the event of inclement weather, the Reading office follows the Reading School District closing schedule.
The agency also offers HIV case management, HIV medication education, HIV and STD counseling and testing, and leads the teen pregnancy prevention initiative Berks Teens Matter. Those are separate services.
