Free Confidential Sexual Health Help for Reading High School Students
The Health Resource Center at Reading High School, run through Berks Teens, an initiative of Co-County Wellness Services, is a confidential, free and teen-friendly place inside the school where students can get answers about abstinence, sexual health, how to get birth control, STD and HIV testing, and more.
It is open to all Reading High School students. At the center, youth can get high-quality sexual and reproductive health counseling, education and services from a trained professional in a private, easily accessible spot.
The center is in Room 138, Door #5, and is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 3pm.
Virtual hours are also available. For those, make an appointment through the Remind App or email hulrich@cocountywellnessservices.org.
Visits are free. For general questions about Berks Teens, the project manager is Heather Ulrich at 610-375-6523, and the office address is 429 Walnut Street, Reading, PA 19601.
