Berks Encore is offering a one-time chair yoga demonstration class with Amy Schade at the Mifflin Wellness and Activity Center in Shillington. It is a chance to try chair yoga, a gentle practice done seated in a chair or using a chair for support, and see whether it suits you before committing to a regular class.
The demo class meets on a Thursday morning at 11 AM. It is part of the wellness and activity programming Berks Encore runs for older adults at its centers around Berks County.
