About the class
Seated Zumba Gold Toning is a chair based dance fitness class for older adults, led by Jen DeBlase at the Berks Encore Reading Wellness & Activity Center. Participants move to music from a seated position and work on toning, so the routines stay low impact and easy to follow.
The class meets on Friday mornings at 11 AM at 40 North 9th Street in Reading. It is part of the wellness and activity schedule for seniors at the Reading center, and the program is funded by the Berks County Area Agency on Aging.
