About the camp
Summer Adventure Camp at Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex keeps kids ages 6 to 13 busy indoors and out, with swimming, ice skating on an NHL sized rink, field and court games, arts and crafts, and a camp garden project. Weeks are built around themes, with rotating attractions and featured guests. Days follow a pattern: an art class and a mix of games to start the week, pool time on Tuesdays, special guests midweek, and skating and swimming to finish. When the weather cooperates, groups head outside.
Camp runs by the week during the day, and extended care is available for families who need early drop off or late pick up. Camp counselors lead the groups. Plans for themes, guests and activities can shift with weather or availability.
Parents complete a camp medical form that also covers pick up consent and extended care details, and registered campers receive the camp handbook by email.
