Sewing Circle at French Creek State Park
Starts Fri, Oct 23, 10:00 AM · Free

About the class
Join a group sewing project at French Creek State Park, where volunteers work together to make curtains for the park's cabins and cottages. The work covers every step, from measuring and cutting panels to ironing and hemming, so there is something to do whatever your comfort level with a needle or a machine.
This is a drop in session at the Park Office. Come any time between 10am and 2pm, stay as long as you like, and meet other people who enjoy sewing. Bring your machine and any supplies you would like to use. All of the fabric you need is provided, along with irons and ironing boards, plus coffee and tea.
The gathering is held at the Park Office at French Creek State Park. See the event page on the DCNR calendar for details and to sign up.
