About the workshop
In this single evening workshop at GoggleWorks, you weave a flat wall basket on a wooden D-handle, with a Christmas tree design worked into the front using dyed reed and finished with decorative buttons. The result is a seasonal piece for your own home or to give as a gift.
The session runs on a Monday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the Textiles Studio, room 316 on the third floor of GoggleWorks at 201 Washington St in Reading. It is open to all skill levels, so no weaving experience is needed, and it is set up for adults. Susan Dirsa is the instructor.
