About the workshop
This single evening workshop in the GoggleWorks hot glass studio has you make your own glass ornament or bell. You learn how to gather hot glass from the furnace, add color, and shape the piece into a holiday form. It is open to all skill levels, so no prior glass experience is needed.
The class meets on a Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM and runs for one session. Work takes place in the Glassblowing Studio, Building 5, on the GoggleWorks campus at 201 Washington St in Reading. Staff at the front desk can point you to the right building when you arrive. Wear closed-toe shoes, and bring a hair tie, since both are required in the studio.
The workshop is listed for adults. Sign up through the class page on the GoggleWorks website. Registration closes five business days before the start date, so it helps to book early.
