About the workshop
In this single session at the GoggleWorks hot glass studio, you make your own glass ornament or bell. You learn how to gather hot glass from the furnace, add color, and shape it into a holiday form. The workshop is open to all skill levels, so no prior glass experience is needed.
The class meets on a Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Glassblowing Studio, Building 5, on the GoggleWorks campus at 201 Washington St in Reading. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hair tie, since both are required in the studio. This session is listed for adults, and GoggleWorks asks for written permission for students under 18 who enroll in adult courses.
Register through the GoggleWorks class page for this session. Registration closes five business days before the start date, and payment is due when you sign up. Groups of four or more can ask GoggleWorks about booking a private glassblowing workshop instead.
