Handcrafted Holiday Market: Create Your Own Wooden Holiday Tree
Starts Sat, Dec 5 · $35.00 · Ages 14 and up
About the workshop
Make a wooden holiday tree to take home in the GoggleWorks Woodworking Studio. GoggleWorks instructors work alongside you during the session, so no woodworking experience is needed. The workshop is open to all skill levels, and it runs on a Saturday afternoon as a single session.
The class is part of the Handcrafted Holiday Market, a two-day pop-up shop where artists and makers sell handmade gifts for the holiday season. You can browse the market for gifts, then step into the studio and make one yourself. Children ages 6 to 12 have their own market workshop, Handcrafted Holiday Market: Winter Wonderland.
The class meets in the Woodworking Studio on the first floor at GoggleWorks, 201 Washington Street in Reading. Sign up online through the GoggleWorks class page. Registration closes five business days before the class starts, and GoggleWorks sends an email confirmation once you register. Scholarships are available through GoggleWorks.
