Jewelry Making: Precious Metal Clay: Session B
Starts Sun, Dec 6, 12:00 AM · Member: $85.00 / Non-Member: $100.00 · Ages 14 and up

About the workshop
This one session workshop at GoggleWorks introduces jewelry design with silver precious metal clay. You work with molding tools and basic forming techniques to shape your own piece, then staff fire it in one of the kilns on site so it hardens into finished jewelry.
The class is open to all skill levels and is meant for teens ages 14 and up and adults, so no previous metalworking experience is needed. It meets in the Metalsmithing Studio in Building 6 on the GoggleWorks campus at 201 Washington Street in Reading. Closed-toe shoes are required. The session is led by instructor Minna Aaparyti.
The single meeting is on Sunday, December 6. Register through the GoggleWorks class page, where you can also review the studio's registration and refund policies. GoggleWorks notes that registration closes several business days before a class begins, so it helps to sign up early.
