Jewelry Making: Stacked Silver Bangles
Starts Thu, Nov 19, 6:00 PM · Member: $68.00 / Non-Member: $80.00

About the workshop
This single evening workshop at GoggleWorks covers the making of sterling silver bangles that can be worn on their own or stacked together. You measure, form, solder, texture and finish several bracelets, and you try different surface treatments and decorative details so each one turns out different.
The session is for adults and is open to all skill levels, so you can come with no metalworking background and still leave with a set of handmade bangles and a grounding in basic silversmithing. Aaron Wozniak leads the class. It meets in the Metalsmithing Studio in Building 6 at the GoggleWorks campus, 201 Washington Street in Reading.
Closed toe shoes are required. The workshop runs on a Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM in one session. Registration is handled on the GoggleWorks class page, and registration closes five business days before the class starts, so sign up early.
