About the workshop
Make photographs without a camera. In this hands-on workshop at GoggleWorks, you work with photographic paper, natural light and found objects to create soft, experimental images. Instructor Juliana Delgado covers the basics of the lumen print process, exposure techniques and ways to build organic compositions with unexpected textures and tones. Instruction is offered in English and Spanish.
The workshop is open to all skill levels and is an adult class. Bring any objects with interesting shapes that you would like to print. The session meets in the Darkroom, Studio 233, on the second floor at GoggleWorks, 201 Washington Street in Reading. It runs on a Friday evening from 6 to 9 PM in a single session.
Sign up through the GoggleWorks website. Member and non-member rates apply, and GoggleWorks offers scholarships for those who need help with the cost. Students under 18 enrolling in an adult course need written permission from a parent or guardian.
