Mengel Natural History Society Presents: Patrolling the Paw Paws
Starts Fri, Oct 23, 7:30 PM · Free

About the class
Mengel Natural History Society member Robert Noll gives an evening talk about butterflies at Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center. Robert has followed butterflies since a presenter brought a collection to his kindergarten class, and he caught his first one, a black phase Tiger Swallowtail, at age 12. He still collects and photographs butterflies and designs host plant habitats for different species, with the Zebra Swallowtail and the Giant Swallowtail among his main interests.
The presentation is followed by a fall seed exchange and giveaway, so bring seeds to share if you have them. The program is listed for adults.
Mengel meetings are open to the public and no registration is needed. Meet in the McConnell Hall Classroom for the presentation.
