About the class
This beginner class at the Reading Public Library introduces sourdough bread making from the ground up. Participants work with dough in class and learn the basic steps and handling that make sourdough approachable at home.
Everyone takes home their dough to bake the next day, along with fresh starter and a sourdough bread recipe. All materials needed during the class are provided. The class is for ages 18 and up and meets at the Main Library, Adults area, 100 S 5th St in Reading, on January 9, 2027.
