Expert Grooming Tailored to Every Furbaby

At Chaar Pet, grooming isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our seasoned stylists—led by the talented Micah—deliver personalized cuts and spa treatments that reflect each pet’s unique personality. Customers rave that “if you have a dog and he needs to be groomed, ask for Micah. He does a wonderful job,” consistently producing picture-perfect results. We also offer streamlined nail trims that take just 15 minutes, letting you “stay with your dog and be out in 15 mins,” reducing stress for both you and your pet.

We understand that grooming quality and professionalism can make or break a visit. While a handful of reviews have noted concerns over equipment cleanliness and rare post-grooming infections, our team is deeply committed to upholding stringent hygiene standards. Combined with our genuine love for animals and years of hands-on experience, this attention to detail ensures most of our guests walk out sporting a fresh cut and a wagging tail.

A Treasure Trove of Pet Products

From everyday essentials to specialty finds, Chaar Pet’s shelves are stocked to surprise and delight. Discover a “vast variety of foods, snacks, toys and general every day pet supplies,” alongside niche offerings you won’t find in big-box stores. Our selection of raw pet foods with ground bone remains a top draw—“this place sells the raw with ground bone which is an even bigger bonus!” More than one customer has proclaimed, “Overall, this is the best place to get fresh raw & a variety for your furbabies!”

That said, popularity sometimes outpaces our restocking schedule. While many shoppers applaud our wide assortment, others have encountered “minimal stock” of certain items. We’re continually refining our inventory process to reduce out-of-stock situations and make your next visit even more rewarding.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff at Your Service

It’s not just what we sell or how we groom—it’s the people behind the counter that set Chaar Pet apart. From the moment you call, our phone support pros Shauntise and Margo shine, fielding questions with warmth and expertise. Customers describe their assistance as “refreshing” and “so helpful and kind,” underscoring the value of genuine human connection. On the sales floor, our team greets you with a smile and ready answers, whether you’re researching a new diet plan or seeking tips on everyday pet care.

Clean, Organized, Inviting Atmosphere

Step inside Chaar Pet and you’ll immediately notice a bright, well-organized space that feels as professional as it is welcoming. Regular visitors often comment, “Professional. Clean. Super friendly,” and “Nice store, very organized and clean.” We believe that a tidy environment contributes to a stress-free shopping and grooming experience—for pets and their people alike.

Value, Pricing & Commitment to Fairness

When it comes to pricing, we strive to balance quality with affordability. Many customers find our grooming fees “reasonably priced,” especially given the personalized attention and skilled techniques on offer. On the retail side, some shoppers have compared our prices unfavorably to larger chains—citing markups on specialty items like a $48 deer antler chew toy. Yet others feel the curated selection and expert guidance more than justify the investment. To help keep costs manageable, watch for seasonal promotions and loyalty offers that reward frequent visits.

Convenient Appointments & Ongoing Improvements

Scheduling at Chaar Pet is designed to be as stress-free as possible, yet we understand that occasional hiccups—like last-minute cancellations or no-shows—can disrupt your plans. Our front-desk team works diligently to confirm appointments in advance and rebook missed slots swiftly, minimizing any inconvenience. Your time is precious, and we continue to refine our booking process based on customer feedback.
