Compassionate Boarding & Recovery Care

At Horton's Kennel, we understand that leaving your pet can be stressful. That’s why our boarding program goes beyond standard accommodations. Our team provides medical-level pet recovery, ensuring that senior or convalescing pets receive the vigilant monitoring and gentle rehabilitation they require. One grateful owner shared, “They took really great care of my dog for several months. They nursed him back to health. I’m so eternally grateful for them!” Whether it’s a weekend getaway or an extended stay, your pet’s comfort and well-being are our highest priority.

Warm, Professional Staff

From your first phone call to your pet’s final pick-up, you’ll notice the friendly professionalism that defines our team. Tammy, our lead coordinator, is renowned for her responsiveness—ready to answer questions, accommodate last-minute bookings, and tailor each stay to your schedule. “Tammy was super responsive on answering my questions and being able to board my dogs for a week with just a few days’ notice,” one client praised. Every member of our staff is trained to offer courteous, outgoing service that puts both you and your pet at ease.

Expert Grooming Services

Give your pet a spa-like treatment in our grooming salon, where skill meets compassion. Our groomers specialize in handling all coat types, from silky smooth to curly and coarse. Alexis, a standout in our grooming team, has quickly earned a loyal following: “Alexis recently joined the outfit as a groomer and she is fantastic. Our pup loves her and she does a great job.” Expect thorough brushing, precision trimming, nail care, and a fresh-scent finish that keeps tails wagging long after you leave.

Spotless, Safe Environment

Cleanliness and safety are non-negotiable at Horton's Kennel. Our modern facility features updated, well-ventilated kennels arranged in a serene layout that minimizes stress and maximizes comfort. Routine deep-cleaning protocols and sanitization stations ensure a hygienic environment, giving you peace of mind that your pet is in the best hands. As one guest put it, “Very clean & updated kennels. It’s a great place—they love our dog.”

Engaging Daycare & Playtime

For pets who thrive on socialization and activity, our daycare program is the perfect solution. Designed to keep tails wagging, our play sessions combine supervised group interactions, obstacle fun, and individual attention. “We enrolled him in the daycare program so he could get out & play with the other dogs,” noted one enthusiastic owner. Flexible scheduling, short-term passes, and full-day packages make it easy to fit energetic playtime into your busy routine.
