The Antietam Valley Farmers' & Artists' Market returns to Carsonia Park for an evening of shopping, sampling, and catching up with neighbors. Familiar vendors are back alongside new and guest sellers who rotate through over the course of the season, so there is usually something different to discover from one visit to the next.
Plan to make a meal of it. You can pick up dinner and dessert, browse handmade work from area artists, and settle in with live music while the market is underway. Community tables are set up as well, where the Antietam Valley Community Partnership shares what is coming up around the valley.
The market is held rain or shine. There is an off-street parking lot at the park, plus street parking nearby, which makes this an easy stop on a Monday evening for families and anyone in the Pennside area looking to start the week with a little company.
