Abilities In Motion: PA Able Accounts
November 2, 2026 · 2:00 PM · Abilities in Motion Headquarters, 755 Hiesters Ln., Reading · Free

About the event
Abilities in Motion welcomes the community to its Reading headquarters for an hour-long session on PA ABLE accounts, a savings option built specifically for people with disabilities. These accounts let individuals and families set aside money for disability-related expenses while keeping important benefits intact, and the rules around them can be easier to follow with someone walking you through the details.
Leading the session is Diana Fishlock, PA ABLE Outreach Specialist with the Pennsylvania Treasury's Bureau of Consumer Programs. She will cover how the accounts work, what they can be used for, and how they fit alongside other supports.
The session takes place at 755 Hiesters Lane and is open at no cost. It is a good fit for people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, and anyone in Berks County who advises or supports them.
