Neighbors open their driveways, garages, and front yards on the same morning for a community wide round of individually hosted yard sales. Shopping starts at 7:00 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and the appeal is in the wandering: move from block to block, see what each household has decided to pass along, and take home something you were not expecting to find.

The event happens rain or shine. Bring bags or a wagon, small bills, and shoes you can walk in, since the early hours are usually the liveliest and the best finds tend to go first.

Residents who want to set up a sale of their own do not need a garage sale permit during the community event. Signs advertising your sale may be posted on your own property only, and not on trees, telephone poles, or in the planting strip.
