About the event
Settle in under the planetarium dome for a gentle evening yoga practice at The Neag Planetarium. The hour is built around slow stretching, mindful breathing, and a touch of meditation, with the aim of releasing tension and quieting the mind beneath a sky full of stars.
No prior experience is needed. The class welcomes anyone curious about trying yoga as well as people who already have a regular practice, and the pace stays comfortable throughout. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle.
This session opens the second fall series at the Reading Public Museum campus on Museum Road. If weather forces a cancellation, the Museum posts updates on its website and social media, and missed classes are added to the end of the series.
