About the event
Settle in under the planetarium dome for an evening of gentle stretching, slow and soothing movement, and mindful breathing, with a touch of meditation to close out the hour. The practice is built around releasing tension and giving your mind and body a chance to reset beneath a sky full of stars.
No prior experience is needed. Beginners and longtime practitioners are equally at home here, and the pace stays comfortable throughout. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle.
This is week two of the fall series at The Neag Planetarium on Museum Road in Reading, and the museum also offers a full series option for anyone who wants to make it a weekly habit. If weather forces a change, the museum posts updates on its website and social media and adds make-up dates to the end of the series.
