Settle in for an evening of gentle yoga beneath the dome of the Neag Planetarium. This hour of slow stretching is built around easing tension, steadying the breath, and giving your mind a quiet place to land, with a touch of meditation woven in as the planetarium sky glows overhead.
No prior yoga experience is needed. The pace stays gentle and welcoming, so newcomers and regular practitioners can share the same room comfortably. Come as you are and expect to leave feeling refreshed.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle. This session is part of the museum's fall series, and anyone interested in joining for the full run can reach out to the Reading Public Museum directly.
