About the event
Muhlenberg Township hosts Yoga in the Park at Jim Dietrich Park, with the class gathering near the farmhouse for a calm hour and change of practice in the open air. Sessions are built for all levels and abilities, and if the weather turns, the group moves indoors.
Instructors guide the practice with attention to each participant, offering modifications and props so everyone can work at a comfortable pace. Come dressed in clothes you can move in, and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
The session runs from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM. If this is your first class, plan to arrive a little early to complete the necessary paperwork before things begin.
