Yoga in the Park brings a weekly practice to Jim Dietrich Park in Muhlenberg Township, with sessions held near the farmhouse on the grounds. Classes are open to all levels and abilities, and experienced instructors offer guidance tailored to each participant, including modifications and props so everyone can work at a comfortable pace. If the weather turns, the group moves indoors.

The session runs from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM on Tuesday, November 10. Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Newcomers should plan to arrive a little early the first time to complete paperwork before class begins.

It is a quiet, welcoming way to spend an evening outdoors in Berks County, whether you practice regularly or are rolling out a mat for the first time.
