Title I Extra Academic Help for Fleetwood Area Students
Fleetwood Area School District runs a Title I program at three of its schools to give extra academic help to students who need it. The district describes the purpose of Title I-A as improving the academic achievement of the disadvantaged by providing fair, equitable and high-quality education to all children, with funds used to help children meet the challenging state academic standards, which may include programs, activities and academic courses needed for a well-rounded education.
The Title I schools in the district are Andrew Maier Elementary School, Willow Creek Elementary School and Fleetwood Area Middle School. If you have a student at one of those three schools, the district asks you to complete the Title I Survey posted on its Federal Programs page.
Families of students in Title I schools can read the district's Title I Right to Know letters, posted in English and Spanish for Andrew Maier, Willow Creek and the middle school, and the Parent Family Engagement Procedures for each of the three schools and for the district. The School Parent Compact can be found in each Title I school's student handbook. The district also posts agenda and information for its fall and spring Title I meetings, an Ed-Flex Waiver for the Title I program at Andrew Maier Elementary School posted 6/25/2026, and board policies 917 on Parent and Family Involvement and 918 on Title I Parent and Family Engagement.
