About the class
In this two session class at GoggleWorks, you make a fused glass cookie tray while learning the basics of working with warm glass. You cut and arrange glass, then the pieces are fused and shaped into a finished tray you can use for holiday cookies or anything else you like. The class is open to all skill levels, so no prior glass experience is needed.
Sessions run from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM and meet in the Fusing Studio in Building 6 on the GoggleWorks campus at 201 Washington St in Reading. Janice Peters teaches the class. Closed-toe shoes are required. The upcoming run meets on November 7 and 8. It is open to teens ages 14 and up and adults.
Register online through the GoggleWorks class page. Registration closes five business days before the class starts. Students under 18 enrolling in an adult course need written permission from a parent or guardian, which GoggleWorks provides by email. Scholarships are available through GoggleWorks, and refund terms are listed with the class.
