Glassblown Pumpkin Hot Glass Workshop
Starts Sat, Nov 7, 3:00 PM · Member: $83.30 / Non-Member: $98.00 · Ages 16 and up

About the workshop
Get hands-on time in the hot shop. You gather molten glass from the furnace, add color, and sculpt it into a glass pumpkin. GoggleWorks artists guide you through each step of the process so you can make a one-of-a-kind centerpiece for the fall season.
The workshop is open to all skill levels, and it runs as a single Saturday afternoon session. Closed-toe shoes and a hair tie are required. Class meets in the Glassblowing Studio in Building 5 on the GoggleWorks campus in Reading, and the Community Ambassador at the front desk can point you in the right direction when you arrive.
Sign up through the GoggleWorks website. Registration closes five business days before the class begins. Students under 18 who enroll in an adult course need written permission, so contact the GoggleWorks programs office and they will email a permission form. If you have a group of four or more, you can also ask GoggleWorks about booking a private glassblowing workshop.
