Make a short film over four weeks at GoggleWorks. The group moves through the process step by step, from catching an idea to shaping it into a story and filming it. Sessions cover lighting, sound, framing and other tools for telling a story on screen. You work alongside other filmmakers, and by the end you will have a one-take short film that is screened and shared with the group.
The class is open to all skill levels and is listed for adults. It runs Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM for four sessions, November 7 through 28, and meets in the Darkroom, Studio 233, on the second floor at GoggleWorks, 201 Washington St in Reading. Sign up through the GoggleWorks class page at goggleworks.org. Registration closes five business days before the start date, and payment is due when you register. Students under 18 enrolling in an adult course need written permission from GoggleWorks first.
