One-Day on the Wheel Workshop: Session C
Starts Mon, Nov 9, 6:00 PM · Member: $68.00 / Non-Member: $80.00 · Ages 14 and up

About the workshop
Spend an evening at the potter's wheel at GoggleWorks in Reading. You start with a ball of clay and learn the basics of throwing, shaping it into a finished piece of pottery with guidance from instructor Justin George. When your work is formed, you pick a glaze from the ceramics studio selection. The workshop is open to all skill levels, so no past experience with clay is needed.
This is a single Monday session from 6 PM to 8 PM, held in the Ceramics Studio in Building 3 on the GoggleWorks campus at 201 Washington Street. It is open to ages 14 and up. Wear clothes that can get dirty, since clay and glaze are messy by nature.
Finished pieces need firing, so turnaround can take a few weeks. The GoggleWorks Programs team emails you when your pottery is ready to collect. Register through the GoggleWorks class page listed with this program. Registration closes five business days before the session, and students under 18 enrolling in an adult course need written permission from a parent or guardian.
