About the workshop
Paint a dreamy winter night scene step by step with instructor Laela at Painting with a Twist in Exeter Township. You choose your surface when you book: a 16 by 20 canvas or a 16 by 20 wood plank board. Upgrades can be added to your reservation, including glitter and a do it yourself scented soy wax candle. If you add the candle, plan to arrive about 30 minutes early to make it.
This is an all ages session, and the artwork is recommended for ages 8 and up. Groups are often a mix of kids and adults, so grown ups are welcome to paint too. Adults who are only helping or watching do not need a seat, but let the studio know if they plan to stay.
Arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, get smocked and settle in. The studio uses non toxic acrylic paint that does stain fabric, so wear clothes you do not mind getting paint on. Aprons are provided. You may bring snacks and drinks, and the studio is bring your own beverage, so alcohol may be present; you must be 21 or over to drink it. Cups are provided, and you bring your own ice. Reserve your seat online.
