Fireflies in Fall Blacklight Painting Class
Starts Sat, Oct 17, 1:00 PM · $45 per person
About the workshop
Paint a fall firefly scene on a 16x20 canvas in this blacklight painting session with Painting with a Twist in Exeter Township. Laela leads the class step by step on Saturday afternoons, so no experience is needed. Painters of any age are welcome, and the artwork is recommended for ages 8 and up. This is one of the studio's Family Day classes, so adults are encouraged to paint too, not just watch.
The studio uses non-toxic acrylic paint that can stain fabric. Aprons are provided, but wear clothes you would not mind getting a little paint on. Plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. You may bring snacks and drinks, and the studio is BYOB, so alcoholic beverages may be present. You must be 21 or over to drink; cups are provided and you bring your own ice.
Upgrades can be added when you reserve, including a glitter glue pen or a do-it-yourself scented soy wax candle with more than a dozen scents to choose from. If you add a candle, arrive 30 minutes early to make it. If you are coming with others but booking separately, note your group name in the special request box and the studio will seat you together. Reserve your seat online.
