Dogs get the run of the water at College Manor Pool for an afternoon swim that doubles as a fundraiser for Zoe's House Rescue. Owners bring their pups, the pool becomes a splash zone for four-legged swimmers, and proceeds go straight to the rescue.
Zoe's House is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue that provides medical and foster care while working to find each dog the right forever home, run by volunteers who give their time and open their own homes. Supporting that work is as simple as showing up with your dog and letting them paddle around.
The event is meant for friendly, socialized dogs who are comfortable around others. For pups who prefer their own space, private swim slots can be arranged by calling 610-914-5592. If weather interferes, the backup day is Sunday, September 13.
