Doc and Bubba's opens Pink Week with an afternoon of music from Koolie Kirk, a familiar name behind the decks at venues around Berks County. His set runs from noon to 3 p.m., filling the Mohnton restaurant and its patio with a mix built for a relaxed Sunday crowd.

The day is dedicated to honoring survivors and fighters, and guests are encouraged to wear pink. It is a simple, welcoming way to start a week of recognition, whether you come with family, friends, or on your own.

Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., so you can settle in with a plate before the music starts, and the kitchen stays open until 7 p.m. for anyone who lingers. Doc and Bubba's is at 4312 New Holland Rd in Mohnton, with indoor seating and a year-round outdoor patio.
