Settle in under the dome at The Neag Planetarium for an evening of gentle stretching beneath a sky of stars. The practice pairs slow, soothing movement with mindful breathing and a touch of meditation, giving you an hour to release tension and reset in a calm, quiet setting.
No experience is necessary. The class is paced for anyone who wants to move a little, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed, so come as you are and take the hour at your own level.
Participants bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. If weather affects the schedule, the Museum posts class updates on its website and social media, and make-up dates are added to the end of the series.
