Settle in for a calm hour of gentle evening yoga beneath the dome of the Neag Planetarium. The practice centers on slow stretching, mindful breathing, and a bit of meditation, with the planetarium sky overhead setting the mood as you release tension and quiet your mind.
No prior yoga experience is needed. The session is built for easing into movement at your own pace, so newcomers and regular practitioners can both find their footing. Bring your own mat and a water bottle.
This is week five of the fall series at the Reading Public Museum campus on Museum Road. Should weather force a change, the Museum posts updates on its website and social media, and missed classes are added to the end of the series.
