About the event
The Fab Four brings its Beatles tribute to the Santander Performing Arts Center stage, recreating the group's live sound with note for note renditions of songs like "Can't Buy Me Love," "Yesterday," "Twist and Shout," "Here Comes the Sun," and "Hey Jude."
The California based quartet formed in 1997 around John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, and the show has since traveled to audiences in Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, and Brazil. Each member is a multi-instrumentalist, so the arrangements come together with four musicians on stage rather than backing tracks. Three costume changes carry the performance through the different looks of the Beatles' career, from the sharp suits of the Ed Sullivan years to the bright colors of the Sgt. Pepper era.
Expect the mannerisms and stage presence along with the music, plus light banter between songs. It is an easy night out for longtime fans and for anyone introducing the catalog to a younger listener.
Hosted by Santander Performing Arts Center on BerksConnect.
