Yoga in the Park brings a welcoming evening practice to Jim Dietrich Park, with sessions held near the farmhouse and an indoor option available if the weather turns. Classes are open to all levels and abilities, and experienced instructors offer guidance tailored to each participant, including modifications and the use of props.

The setting is part of the appeal. The park spreads across roughly 110 acres along the Schuylkill River and includes pavilions, ballfields, and walking trails, which makes for a calm backdrop as the autumn light fades. The session runs until 7:15 PM.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Anyone attending for the first time should arrive a little early to complete the necessary paperwork before class begins.
