If you want to give to the program instead, you can make a one-time gift, pledge a monthly contribution, add a contribution to your bill, or mail a check payable to "Operation HELP" to PPL Electric Utilities, LEHSC, ATTN: Yvette Belfort, 827 Hausman Rd, Allentown, PA 18104.
