About the event
The United Way of Berks County gathers community partners, corporate sponsors, and volunteers at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading for Celebrate United, an evening set aside to recognize the people and organizations that carry the group's mission forward across the county.
The program runs through the evening in downtown Reading, giving supporters a chance to connect with one another, hear about the work their contributions have made possible, and see familiar partners honored for their efforts. It is a fitting setting for an organization whose work touches schools, neighborhoods, and local families throughout Berks.
Anyone who has given time, funding, or energy to United Way efforts in the area will find plenty of common ground here, and the Penn Street location keeps the event close to the heart of the city.
