Harrisburg Senators @ Reading Fightin Phils
September 4, 2027 · 6:45 PM · 1950 Centre Ave, Reading
About the event
The Fightin Phils host the Harrisburg Senators at FirstEnergy Stadium for an Eastern League matchup on a Saturday evening in early September. Reading is the Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, while Harrisburg carries the Washington Nationals banner, so both rosters are stocked with prospects working their way toward the majors.
FirstEnergy Stadium opened in 1951, and the original grandstand and brick exterior still give the ballpark its classic feel, paired with a video board in left field and the pool deck beyond right. The Fightins are known around the league for a lively, family friendly atmosphere that runs from the time the gates open through the final inning, with mascots roaming the concourse and plenty for kids to do between innings.
First pitch is set for 6:45 PM. Reading has worn the Baseballtown nickname for a long time, and a late summer night on Centre Avenue is one of the easier ways for Berks County families to spend an evening together.
Hosted by Reading Fightin Phils on BerksConnect.
