Music on the Mountain: Gabriel Chamber Ensemble
September 13, 2026 · 2:00 PM · Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, 1700 Hawk Mountain Rd, Kempton
About the event
Hawk Mountain Sanctuary welcomes the Gabriel Chamber Ensemble to the ridge for an afternoon of classical music in one of Berks County's most striking outdoor settings. The performance lands during the early part of the raptor migration season, when the skies above the sanctuary are part of the experience.
After the music, guests are invited to stay for light refreshments, meet the musicians, and get a close look at a live raptor with sanctuary staff. Seating is first come, first served, so arriving with time to settle in is a good idea. This year's performance falls on a Sunday, and there is no rain date, as heavy rain will cancel the concert.
Proceeds benefit both Hawk Mountain Sanctuary and the Gabriel Chamber Ensemble, supporting conservation work on the mountain and live classical music in the region.
