GoggleWorks opens the studios on its second and third floors for a self guided afternoon among the people who work there. Visitors move through the building at their own pace, taking in the artwork lining the hallways and stopping wherever something catches their attention.

Studio artists are encouraged to be on hand from noon to 4 PM, so this is the window when you are most likely to find doors open, see work in progress, and talk with makers about their process and materials. There is no set route and no schedule to keep, which makes it easy to spend a few minutes or the whole afternoon.

The crawl happens on the second Sunday of each month and suits families, first time visitors, and anyone curious about the creative work happening in downtown Reading. Bring a friend or come on your own and see who you run into.
