Doc & Bubba's welcomes families to an afternoon of holiday crafting and storytelling on December 15. The restaurant's own Elf hosts the gathering, starting with a craft session at 4:00 PM so kids can make something to take home before the reading begins.

Story time follows at 5:00 PM, with favorite Christmas stories read aloud. Children are invited to bring the tales they love best, and the whole thing unfolds in the dining room at 4312 New Holland Road in Mohnton, a spot Berks families already know for its casual, welcoming atmosphere.

It makes an easy stop during a busy December, whether you are looking for a low key holiday outing with young children or a reason to gather before dinner. Children 12 and under eat on the house.
