Yoga in the Park brings a weekly practice to Jim Dietrich Park, with classes gathering near the farmhouse on the grounds. The setting is quiet and open, and if the weather turns, the session moves indoors so the class still happens.

Classes are built for all levels and abilities, so newcomers and longtime practitioners can share the same space. The instructors offer guidance throughout and encourage modifications and props so each person can work at a comfortable pace. Sessions run from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If this is your first class, arriving a little early gives you time to complete the paperwork before practice begins.
